Finalists will be invited to present their work to an expert judging panel, and winners will be announced at our prestigious Awards Ceremony on the 3rd of December 2025 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul's, London.

Judging Process

Our panel of industry experts will assess each entry based on innovation, impact, and execution.

 

To ensure fairness:

  

✔ Judges will not assess categories where their organisation is competing.
✔ Scores will be based on pre-defined criteria.

Judging Criteria

Generally, submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Business Background and Context: Introduction to your organisation and its role.

  • Challenge Identification: Description of the problem or opportunity addressed.

  • Actions Taken: Steps and innovations implemented to tackle the challenge.

  • Outcomes Achieved: Results and impact of the actions taken.

  • Future Plans: Sustainability and future implications of the initiative.

  • Who can enter the Awards?
    The awards are open to all organisations that are Members of the Collaboration Network. If your organisation is a current Member, you are eligible to submit an entry in any category.
  • Is there a cost to enter?
    No, entering the awards is completely free for Collaboration Network Members. These awards are designed to recognise and celebrate the achievements of our community.
  • How do I submit my entry?
    To submit an entry: Complete the online form by selecting your chosen award category from the dropdown menu and providing your details. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a document containing all the relevant category-specific questions. Fill out the document and return it to jess@collaborationnetwork.co.uk via email along with any supporting evidence (such as images or reports).
  • What kind of questions will be asked?
    Each category has tailored questions, but all follow a common blueprint designed to capture the impact, innovation, and execution of your work. A typical set of questions includes: Introduction: Describe your organisation and the initiative you are submitting. Challenge or Opportunity: What problem were you solving, or what opportunity did you address? Strategy and Implementation: How did you develop and execute your approach? Innovation: What makes your approach unique? Impact: Provide measurable results that demonstrate success. Challenges and Lessons Learned: What obstacles did you overcome? Future Plans: How will you sustain or expand this initiative? These questions provide a structured way to showcase your achievements and help judges fairly evaluate all entries.
  • Can I enter multiple categories?
    Yes, you can enter as many categories as you like, provided your submission meets the criteria for each category.
  • Can I submit supporting evidence?
    Yes, you are encouraged to submit supporting evidence, such as reports, videos, testimonials, or images, to strengthen your entry. These can be uploaded as attachments when returning your completed entry document.
  • What are the key dates for the awards?
    Entries Open: 25 March 2025 Entries Close: 27 June 2025 Judging Round 1: 7 July - 15 August 2025 Shortlist Confirmed: 18 August 2025 Q&A Sessions: 22 September - 7 November 2025 Awards Ceremony: 3 December 2025 at Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul's
  • What happens if I am shortlisted?
    If your entry is shortlisted, you will be invited to a Q&A session with the judging panel between 22 September and 7 November 2025. During this session, you will have 15 minutes to answer any questions from the judges to help them make their final decision.
  • Who are the judges?
    The judging panel consists of a mix of industry experts, peers, and Collaboration Network representatives. To ensure fairness, judges will not assess entries from categories in which their organisation has submitted an entry.
  • How will the winners be chosen?
    Entries will be scored based on a structured evaluation process. Judges will assess submissions using criteria such as innovation, impact, execution, and sustainability. Shortlisted entries will also have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session, which will contribute to the final decision.
  • How will I find out if I have won?
    The winners will be announced live at the Collaboration Network Awards Ceremony on 3 December 2025 at Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul's.
