James is the Ombudsman Ambassador of the Collaboration Network.

Over the past decade James has helped transform the consumer engagement landscape through founding Resolver, the largest independent customer service platform in the UK. He is also an advisor to HM and the Scottish Government, as well as a number of consumer protection bodies.

 

James has extensive experience of the telecoms, software, digital and retail markets, having ran innovation for the likes of Kingfisher Plc, Belgacom in the UK and CACI.

 

He also supports a number of businesses in building consumer centric services and is a non-executive for Rightly. James is now launching a new consumer service to support and protect people’s financial wellbeing.
